So, i've come back to Cambridge after unsuccessful attempts at calorie counting.
I lost around 4 stones on it a couple of years ago but i have steadily gained 2 of those back.
My weight today is 13st 4lb which is the heaviest i've been since i lost it.
I just don't think i can do the lower steps, they work so quickly which is a huge advantage but right now i really think i need to develop a healthy relationship with food and cook things from scratch again.
My goal weight is around 10 stone. So that's 3st 4 to lose
