Step 1 Sole Source Back again, 3 stone to lose
Back on cwp again and for the last time. Never really given it my all when ive done it previously, and this time I have so much to aim for I'm really going to give it everything. Got some problems with my hip and foot and don't think extra weight is helping at all... At only 31 I seriously need to do something now as my job is very demanding and I'm always on my feet.
So anyway, this is it. Had a shake for breakfast... Really looking forward to trying the spag Bol at teatime
Welcome back CallieF!
Sorry to hear about your troubles with your hip and foot, just wanted to wish you good luck on your journey
