Ok, so we are all here to lose weight, to become healthier, to get a bit fitter, to be around longer for our families.
Other than the actual weight loss have you set yourself goals or targets or even treats that you would like to achieve long term when you reach your desired goal.
One of the things I would like to do is walk part of the Camino on my own. I have no religious leanings and don't really want to walk through Spain to Santiago for spiritual reasons but part of the Camino goes through France through my favourite parts and this I would like to do. We will be in France in September in a village o the route and I hope to do some stages of it to see what it is like.
I suppose starting to hike then with a backpack and supplies would make sense, we live on a good hiking route and again I would like to do some stages of that and perhaps the whole lot one day.
We also live on a very scenic cycle route which one day I must try.
And we live on a lake and I would love to go kayaking on it regularly....this is the only one that I really cant do on my own for safety reasons so its a case of buying 2 kayaks and finding a partner in crime. A whole day out on the lake exploring all the bays and islands would be wonderful.
What about you...any long term plans.
