Well, where do I begin....
I have been big all my life.... when I met my husband in 2001 I was a size 16 / 18 and had a very active life (I was an 18 - 30's holiday rep and also regularly took part in scuba diving and swimming).
Since settling down and having my daughter, I have ended up at my heaviest 19st 12lbs.... I managed to get some off, but unfortunately, don't seem to last long on any diet.... with SW and WW I have never got under 19st.....
In Feb 08 I discovered the Cambridge Diet and in 8 weeks, got my weight down to 17st. I joined WW yesterday and having just eaten a huge prawn salad and jacket potato, was pleased to discover my weight was 17st 1lb (I will not eat before next weeks weigh in! LOL!).
So todays been fine... food has been on mind a bit to much though.... I have eaten the following:
Breakfast:
2 Weetabix = 2
1/2 pt Skimmed Milk = 1
1 Baby Banana = 1
Lunch:
1 Crumpet = 1.5
Marmite = 0
150g Strawberries = 0.5
1 WW Toffee Bar = 1.5
Dinner:
Quorn Swedish Balls (1/2 bag) = 2
Pasta = 4
Tinned Tomatoes = 0
1 WW Toffee Bar = 1.5
Extras:
6 Crabsticks = 2
1/2pt Skimmed Milk for Tea = 1
1 tiny bite of a Kinder Hippo! = 2 (to be safe!)
So 20pts.... I'm allowed 24 but will bank 4 for the weekend!
My tummy is full and I have eaten a good variety of foods, so WW is definately gonna help me develop better eating habits!
