Made these tonight and they were delicious.
500g raw king prawns
tsp lemongrass paste
tsp red chilli paste
tsp crushed garlic
Sprinkling finely chopped spring onions
Sprinkling chopped coriander
Put everything in a bowl and blitz with a blender into a paste.
Use two spoons to make ball shapes.
Steam (I used my electric steamer) until they turn pink.
For the broth:
1 chicken stock cube
Splash soy
Few drops fish sauce
Red chilli
Lemongrass
Garlic
Spring onion
Miso paste
Bring to boil, drop in prawn balls and enjoy.
It was very tasty. (Though I say so myself!)
