** Chief WITCH **
I always find it helps me plan better, and leave nothing to chance, by posting a food diary. Hope some of you join me. I'm no expert at calorie counting by any means and trying to get the balance nutritionally "right" isn't easy. Please don't hesitate to give me pointers if you see I'm wasting calories or could do things nutritionally better! I'm having a day off hot veggies today cos it's going to be 28°C so don't fancy hot food.
So for today:
B: 1/2 grapefruit; homemade muesli with Fitnesse flakes and skimmed milk
L: chicken piece with tupperware full of undressed salad (lettuce, cucumber, spring onions, celery, beetroot, tomatoes), spoonful coleslaw as dressing
1 low calorie yoghurt
Snack: 1 apple
D: 2 egg mushroom omelette with side salad (as above ingredients)
(Piece of fruit in evening, if desperate!)
3L water.
I make it 1,100 calories.
