Hi all, staring 5:2 today to get to my goal. Been dieting all my adult life and finally got stuck in properly end of December, going from 13st 8lbs to 9st 12lbs on sat. Have lost 6lbs in the month if September bringing in exercise and low carbing but I know I can't avoid carbs forever. Youngest sons birthday saw me eating carbs on sat and continued yesterday so definitely out of ketosis, ready to commence the final stage. Goal is 9st 3lbs. Mondays and Wednesdays will be my fasting days. Boiled egg and black coffee for breakfast. Any advice greatly appreciated xxx
