Chop the mushrooms

The pork steak and the sausages

Chop the Onion

Into the pan with the mushrooms

The chop and sausages are doing nicely

bacon Lardons

Into the pan with the onion and mushroom.

The toast is done

Building the breakfast

Add the eggs

and the ketchup

Yum Yum, all gone.

Is it ok to have that toast then? I thought Atkins was about not having carbs?

Not a fan of HP after they shut the plant in Birmingham so have switched to Branston just as nice.
