I like reading the diaries on here and think starting my own would be good so I have somewhere to write if i'm finding things hard. Also am hoping I will notice any bad habits/patterns and nip them in the bud.
So I am 25 and currently weigh 13 stone 9 pounds. I am currently Calorie Counting with my fitness pal as it works well for me and gives me the flexibility I need. I am now day 42 (after yet another restart!) and have lost 1 stone 2 pounds. I have been overweight my entire adult life, having been a skinny skinny teenager suddenly when I hit 18 I piled on the weight I have had periods of losing weight the most being 2 and a half stone last year but I want to get to 10 stone as my first goal, meaning I will have had to lose nearly 5 stone!
Sorry if you're half asleep by now but I think starting this means I HAVE to be in this for the long haul.
