Hello!

I'm really excited about starting my diet again. I really think that being around people who are trying to achieve the same goal will encourage me to keep going! It's been amazing reading all of the success stories and seeing before/after photos - they're so inspiring, and I feel more determined than ever.


Starting from today I'm going to record my weight, amount of calories consumed and details of exercise I've done here in this diary.
