Any idea where I can get hold of an excel spreadsheet on minimins? There used to be one on here for tracking weight, but I can't find it...

When you click post reply, scroll down and it says Manage Attachments. A window will pop up which should allow you to upload the spreadsheet.

Thank you for your offer lastbiscuit I've found my old one, so I'm going to try uploading it... it was from someone on here originally.. so, if you're reading this, original-xl-writer, then Thank you to you too!

..ok, I'm stumped.. it's an xl so I can't add it...shame..

I love that spreadsheet, it's in the stickies section of the cambridge diet section too

i knew id seen it somewhere - had the prescence of mind to save it cos knowing me i wont be able to find it again lol
