Hey guys. Saw a similar post somewhere else. I'm not aware of one for us Cambridge dieters. If there is I apologise.

This will actually help me. So shall we do this?!

HONK! 4 weeks, I can't believe I've completed 4 weeks on SS! It felt like a distant dream at the start ^_^

It certainly felt like forever away when I kept yo-yoing on and off for two months :( but someone on here told me - don't feel down about the time you've wasted, feel pleased about ANY weight you've lost, any maintenance you've achieved, and look forward to all the weight you will lose in future :)

I'm so looking forward to your first weigh-in Danna! You've done brilliantly :D

Haha! I thought I had to wait until the end of my day to honk ^^ But you know what? I KNOW I WILL BE 100% TODAY AND THAT'S NOT GOING TO CHANGE :D HONKHONK!!! Hehehe, I love this forum.
 
HONK for day 1 of my restart!! After being flip-flopy since the beginning of the month I want to be back on 100% and see those lbs coming off! Well done all you honkers :D
 
Well done Megan! THIS IS IT :D you can do it, just imagine the pure joy of that first week weigh-in :)
