tried on the 14 but i couldn't do it up round the bust area, it fit on the waist and hips. so got a 16 and it did up but is a bit big on the hips and waist but it looks beautiful. i love it. just now need to work on my top part. i'm an hourglass figure but it looks like my bust is still the bigger part of me.

p.s it's not the red dress i wanted to get and they did have it in red but it was a strange pinky red and hubby, who was paying, didn't like it as much as the black. they also had it in green, grey and champagne.

yep, it's a 16! looks like i'll need to be less than just under 12st to get into a 14. looks like 10st 7lbs will be a 14 in monsoon.

Beautiful dress...I found Monsoon runs big, not small. I'm 5'6" and at 10st 3lbs, I fit into a Monsoon 10...bodies/sizes are so variable! I think you would fit into a 14! You're looking smashing!!

i just have a very strange body shape. when i was getting married i went to rigby and peller to get a corset and they didn't fit properly the bones kept bending out of shape so i ended up with them saying they'd have to make one so i settled for a bra and knickers instead

You could always get it taken in by a good alterations specialist when you drop the size so it "shrinks" with you xx
