Hi Skellybob- is the diet hard? Yes and no is the answer for me- I find the first week tough but after that it has been really easy- I was determined to stick to it 100% - for me being healthy and slim has been more importants than meals out etc- I have been away with friends for 4 days , out with dh for the odd meal , birthday , kids parties and xmas and for all of them I have just sat and had my shake while others ate- no one has made a big thing of it and I have still enjoyed myself.after that first week I haven't felt hungry or tempted, so that's the easy part. I know if I went off plan I would struggle to get back on. on the other hand have a look for angelupnorth s diary in the diary section- ( 6 stone off and 6 stone on again). She has kept us going with her will power and motivation and has worked around days out/ weekends away etc by having planned days . No dizzy spells either- think the trick is to make sure you are drinking enough water( but not too much!)
my hair falls out a bit on this diet too - did last time and has started too again this time- but grew back last time no problems and no one noticed any difference.
