So I was allowed my week on Step 2 for making it all the way to a whole 12 weeks on SS+ and I realised just how much I have missed pulses!!!! We took full advantage making things like Hummus and Dhal etc. and I wanted to make some notes of things I would really like to try when I am back on it again and this will be the starting post to a photo diary of meal suggestions etc. similar to my SS+ one: http://www.minimins.com/cd-recipe-i...other-day-another-recipe-ss-recipe-ideas.html
I am continually looking for value meal ideas as the quantity of chicken/turkey etc. is getting pretty expensive due to both my wife and I being on the same diet so I am really interested in focusing on the newly premitted pulses currently.
This post is currently my own personal post-it note as I can't try any of these out but if anyone does give them a go before I get a chance then please post us any deviations you make from the recipes to make them Cambridge Diet permitted and photos of your cooking steps and finished products!! Mainly because I rarely try a recipe without photos to tempt me so that's why I wanted to include them in most of my recipe posts.
