I had one of those shakes today. :D Let's wait to hear from the others and maybe we might put the best ones to a vote.
 
Yay.....I just had my WI today for my first week......not sure if it counts to this weeks lossess but it was -13 lbs.

Wow, that's amazing!! Well done Fraggle, you must be well chuffed.

I'll find out off Irene about when what counts and doesn't count. We'll soon get into the swing of things.

We still have the name to decide on, but besides that, does everyone know what will be happening? I've asked Irene about the weekly weigh in, so I know what I am doing now.
