Hi everyone,

I'm new to this forum and CD. I'm on day 6 and getting weighed tomorrrow!!

A bit about me, I'm 22, and have a gorgeous 1 year old daughter. I've always struggled with my weight, and think I always will to be honest. I don't eat a vast amount, but my portion size is large and I have a sweet tooth. Also love takeaways! I've realised I treat myself with food, and I stress/comfort eat.

I'm 5'11 and am a size 18-20. I got weighed last Wednesday and am 16stone 13lbs.

My target is 12 stone, but I'm not even sure what I would look like as have never weighed that!! A size 12-14 would be perfect for me. I have broad shoulders and am very tall so would look a bit too skinny any smaller then a 12.

Very excited to get weighed tomorrow, I've stuck to 4 'meals' a day and 4 pints of water a day religiously. I always start diets really well, but end up getting bored and cheating. I'm really determined this time though and want this to be the last diet I ever do! I've done them all sw, ww, rosemary conely, slim fast, exante..

I'm taking one day at a time and hoping I can shift this 4 stone 13lbs as fast as possible! Then maintain it forever, will update my diary regulary x x
 
Well done you for starting! I've also done every diet under the sun lol and I think of this as the 'last chance saloon' - if you're good, the weight comes off quickly so I think if this one doesn't work then nothing will!

We've got almost the same amount of weight to lose - my target is 4st 10 lb. I'm on week 2 and also have my WI tomorrow so I'll think of you! x

Hey gd luck for your weigh in tomorrow and welcome :) I'm also 22 n started at the exact same weight as u and 11 weeks in I'm 3 stone lighter! So if I can do it u can too :) this site is also a god send - great for advice, support or just for whenever u want inspiration! Good luck with your journey :) starting this diet has been the best decision I've ever made xx
 
Turns out my weigh in is Thursday! This lack of food is turning my brain to mush, ive been thinking Wednesday all week!

Good luck for tomorrow girl on a mission! We will be skinny (well skinnier!) in just a few months (I hope!)

Siobhan its so encouraging seeing all your losses, and 3 stone in 11 weeks is amazing! Really hope I can do that.

It's hard but honestly u can so do it if I can! :) biggest thing is to keep yourself busy to stop yourself from thinking about food and eating, it's been a key thing for me anyway xx
 
Well done for starting Rachel, I'm on day 3 so not far behind you! It's the second time I've done this diet and I'm also a sucker for sweet treats and I stress eat too :( The great thing about CD is you see results really quickly so hopefully that will keep you motivated. Good luck x
 
Hello :)

I am also at the start of my CD journey. I have successfully completed this diet before falling pregnant with my daughter and it was the best thing I ever did. This is my second attempt and I am hoping to be as successful and as faithful as I was first time round. I lost 4st in around 3 months, so I know first hand that it can be done!

Keep up the good work! You can do this xxx
 
First weigh in today and 9lbs down!! Really pleased, but this is a long term goal and I've got quite a way to go!

This week has been hard, but totally manageable. I'm just worried about getting bored and then failing... I really wana do it this time! I normally loose 2 stone then give up and start eating rubbish again. Can't let that happen!!

I'm restarting today, well done on the first weigh ins that's brilliant! I am so hoping to
Lose about 1stone 10 in 8 weeks, in time for my holiday I feel very unhappy about my body and just want to feel good about myself. I agree I think keeping busy is key for me too, I try and go for a swim/gym and then treat myself to a jacuzzi or sauna after work as that's when I tend to feel I want to binge. Weekends I'm going to keep myself busy and go to the gym and shop :) good luck girls x

Massive well done! That's a brilliant first loss! The good thing about this diet plan is that the results are fast, so even though you may get bored with the shakes, hopefully you won't get bored with the inch losses and new body shape quickly changing! xxx

Hi Carly - how has the first day been for you? Hope it wasn't too awful. I'm on day 5 now and in ketosis so it's a doddle - you don't feel hungry :D Good luck to you too x
 
I know what to expect so hopefully once Sunday is out if the way will feel fine. Today was ok I busied myself after work with a swim! Lol!
 
Broke up with my boyfriend yesterday. Really sad but we are staying friends. He's always gonna be in my life (baby) so I'm glad there is no nastyness.

This sort of stress would normally be enough for me to say screw the diet! And order a large pizza, but I have stuck to it 100% and actually have been struggling to want my 4th shake. My CDC said I must have it, but do I really?

My ex is gonna be gutted in a few months when I'm all skinny!
 
Sorry to hear that hun, must be really hard on you especially when you are doing this diet. Keep up the good work and think of how wonderful you will look very soon!

Well, had my second weigh in yesterday and... I lost 5lbs!! That's a stone in 2 weeks!

She took my measurements again, I've lost 1 inch from my waist, 1.5 from hips, 2 from bust, 1 from arm and 2 from thigh!

So happy, 1 stone down, 4 to go! Still feeling motivated and enjoying it!

Got the bars this week and i love them but keep feeling sick after I eat them. Only having 1 a day but I'm a bit paranoid about it hindering my weightloss... Well we will see.

Hoping for 3lbs next week!

Came home to my mummy for a few days. nice to be looked after!

Thought it would be eaiser as i wouldnt have to cook for my daughter, but its really hard! the house always smells amazing! they are eating a roast at the moment and im sipping on water!

but im sticking to it. i did have a mouthful of cold chicken the other night, felt AWFUL about it. then woke up the next morning and thought, if i feel so bad about a mouthful of chicken then my attitudes to food must be changing.

this is hard, but its all about will power. im not hungry, my stomach isnt crying out for food and im not feeling faint or ill. i just want to taste yummyness. but my brain can keep telling me it wants food and i will keep saying nonono brain, i will be skinny!!

Weigh in on thursday, CANT WAIT! fingers crossed for 3lb loss

Woo another 5lb off! So happy with that.

Brought mix a mouse to try, was ok.. bit wet lol maybe I'm doing it wrong.

Was really stressed yesterday, so tempted to order a curry... But I didn't. Hope my will power can hold out for another 8 weeks!

Stress and comfort eating is definitely a problem for me, I find comfort and happiness in a big pate of yummyness.. this has to change. I'm getting there though!
 
Weigh in tomorrow!

Have found the last couple of days tough, made a beef hotpot for my daughters dinner and it smelt amazing! Also made her bolognase with pasta and was sooooo tempted... But i resisted.

Hoping for 2-3 lbs tomorrow then going back home to see mama for a few days

Will update in the morning!
 
Another 6lb off!!!!

Sooo happy, really didn't expect that!

Might be in the 14's next week! Haven't been there for a long time.

3lbs to go until I've lost 2 stone.

Got some chocolate tetras to try this week, I think you can freeze them to make ice cream, which I will definitely be trying!

Aaahhhh so happy right now!
