starting tomorrow

hello everyone
after being on slimming world for over a year and loosing 2 stone i have decided to try something different as the weight loss has become harder.
i am starting this tomorrow
need all the support i can get if possible

hey girls thanx for coming accross
oh cool kate make sure we keep in touch

day 1 cs diet
breakfast - strawberry cs shake
morning snack - 1 x small orange
lunch - vanilla cs shake
afternoon snack - 1 x alpen light bar
dinner - 500 calorie dinner this was pie,spring greens, peppers, mushroom and 2 x little new potatoes ( i know i shouldnt be having carbs but thats why i only had two)

the worst hunger pains i had was between lunch and afternoon snacks.
i was very naughty and jumped on the scales again this morning its showing a 2 pound loss in one day
