and don't forget that the milk is part of the dairy allowance... I know you don't eat much other dairy, Vicky, but I have seen quite a few yoghurts recently... up to 3 muller lites a day on one post... add that to porridge and it'd be getting near the limit!
Whenever someone stagnates, the first step is always to cut back on dairy, and weight loss usually then restarts, so good not to OD the dairy...
