S as Salmon soup
Preparation : 10 minutes Cooking : 10 minutes For 4 people PP Attack Phase
Ingredients
200 grams of smoked salmon
2 fat free chicken stock cubes
200 grams of shelled prawns
A few sprigs of chives
Salt and pepper
Crumble the stock cubes into a saucepan containing 1 litre of water and bring to the boil. Cut the salmon into thin strips. Chop the chives and decorate the prawns with them. Divide the hot stock into the soup bowls. Add the sliced ingredients and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve immediately

Mix the bran, cheese, egg yolks and baking powder. Cut the feta into small cubes, then dice, add the ham, and season with salt and pepper. Carefully work in the egg whites. Ingredients
5 eggs
37.5 centilitres of skimmed milk
1 vanilla pod
1 pinch of powdered nutmeg
A few drops of peppermint flavouring
A little low-fat powdered chocolate
Beat the eggs. Heat the milk without letting it boil, together with the vanilla pod. Gently pour the hot milk over the eggs, add the peppermint flavouring and nutmeg, whisk and pour the Mixture into ramekins. Cook for 15 - 20 minutes at 160°C. Leave for 6 hours in a cool place. Sprinkle with powdered chocolate and enjoy!
