Just made these fish cakes - makes between 6 and 8 - yumm 
1 tin of salmon
1 egg
1 tbsp quark
Pepper
Chilli flakes
Garlic and Onion granules
1.5tbsp oatbran
Mix everything up together, mould into cake like shapes and dry fry!
Serve with longleys v. fat free cc with chives
Enjoy
