Wow, well done Kirsty.

Don't know whether I should put my 3½lbs under that one!

Really pleased because we went away for the weekend and I deliberately allowed myself the buffet breakfast in the hotel. Trouble is, I was led astray by my children and ate far more than I had planned. Hope it doesn't come back to haunt me next week.
