2lb lost this week (which I am pleased with after last weekend) and lack of water for me too, after being out and about loads and not wanting to need the loo all the time lol!
Another 2lbs here too. Im actually really pleased since I had *ahem* 3 days off plan and drank copious amounts of alcohol... hey it was my birthday - BUT those 2 little lbs took me to a milestone in my weight loss :bliss:
3lb off for me - weighed a day early due to shift work tonight.
I'm delighted with this as I've had a lunch with friends and an evening meal (low carb). I've managed to drink more water this week which I am sure helps
