I think it's OK for Bernice to still be part of the team for support & encouragement, just she won't weigh which is OK, but OK for team 2 to have 1 more person in it than the other teams. (just team 1 still needs another)

Can I not be in a team please, and just part of the "anyone else" group ?
I would hate to lower the loss of a team, and would be more comfortable just logging on the thread without being part of a team - if thats ok ?

I'd like to be on a team too. I've been doing Exante for a while, doing 3 weeks TS and 1 week adding a light meal, then repeating the process. This means that my weight loss isn't as impressive as some of the others. If teams would prefer to have people who are losing a lot more weight, I do understand.
