Well done on the sausage restraint - I have been dreaming about the chip shop. Tesco express won't have them - I tried to find them in an express the other day and ended up getting a Slim Fast snack bar as that was all they had but I don't think they're suitable. You need a bigger Tescos, and they're on offer at the mo . The Biggest Loser ones are at ASDA. xx
i was in asda today as well never even thought to look untill i got home and read you could have some other bars mayb a nice 45min walk back to asda tomorrow as allans at work as no buses go their oh no my beat friend is off work she can go shopping for me lol
Last year I lost 5stone ten pounds on the Cambridge diet. I've maintained - but would like to push forward to lose the final stone.
I cant really face going back on Cambridge - although I don't mind the bars. So I ordered some Exante Banana shakes to try and their bars.
Actually I think Exante bars worked out more expensive than Cambridge. (I like Cambridge Bars)
My question is. On Exante can I get into ketosis with two Exante shakes (much prefer) and a Tesco/Asda/BL/Cambridge Bar?
Sorry if thats a daft question - only when I first did Cambridge, it was 3 shakes a day - a gallon of water and nowt else for two weeks until I could introduce the bars.
