Hello all
I'm not great at exercising unless I have someone to do it with or a target to reach. My idea is to have an exercise motivator each month where we can each set a personal target. It can be any type of exercise you enjoy. For instance I have a rather dusty wii with exercise and dance routines. I also walk but it is at a fairly leisurely pace so I am going to split this out from my more strenuous exercise. Some of you might cycle, or go to spinning class, do zumba, run or play sport, which could all be rolled into your target.
You can be doing any diet, or none. This is just about the exercise we do.
The reason for the thread is to keep us motivated, and somewhere we can set a target and record our exercise.
To keep the most recent participants, targets and updates, copy the most recent list to the end of your post and update your target/exercise done.
