Glad I noticed this thread so thought I would join, I do a lot of walking hence the 60 hours, in fact I'm off hiking today, that should give me a good start for the month!

hey craig have you seen the turbo fire workout??? its the beachbody workout which was insanity? (i think) ive just got it but will have to wait till i move house (would make a LOT of noise in this flat)

i would recommend people to look for it because it looks amazing!!!

Turbo fire is a different one from Insanity but made by the same team beachbody

Ive got them and done a couple its quite intense and fun
