Hello!
I'm really glad I found this site, I really need support to lose a LOT of weight and looking through some posts I can see how friendly and helpful you all are!
I've had a bit of a lightbulb moment and realised I have to do something about myself before it's too late. I feel so guilty that I've probably missed out on some fab times with my 3 yo son because of my weight. :cry:And I've noticed that I'm isolating myself and not keen on seeing friends, going out, having people round, do you know what I mean?
I'm planning on doing small goals at a time, then maybe it won't be so overwhelming! So my first goal is to lose 28lbs by August, acheivable I think, if I put the effort in!
I've tried loads of different diets hoping to find my miracle cure and failed miserably so I'm making a different approch this time. I figured I just need to eat less and move more! So I'm calorie counting and using ultra slim. And as I can't go to any groups (such as ww, sw, etc) or afford cd or similar, this could be a good thing to try.
Also, I have zero willpower. I CANNOT just have one biscuit! So if the food isn't in the house then I can't eat it!
My other big downfall is excersise. I used to be quite active when I was younger but I just don't like moving at this size so I'm hoping after a few pounds have gone and with a bit of encouragement I might find the motivation.
I'm planning on starting somekind of diary to update on a regular basis but not sure where to start yet, so bear with me!
I've only been on here for a little while and it's been a help already, just putting my details on display to the world is a HUGE step for me! :wow: So thanks and wish me luck!
