This is the only diet I haven't tried. I love VLCD's, but my leg muscles don't, I get severe cramps daily, even with crampex, so this seems like a good compromise.
I've wanted to start this diet for months, but the show I watched earlier, about fasting and the alternate day diet really motivated me to get started today.
