temmytango, just highlight all of it and copy... then paste it back in with your target and then your weekly weightloss etc... good luck!!! x

you just select the list and copy it (using ctrl and c) then in new post paste it (ctrl and v) and add your name to the end! you have to hold the ctrl and letter down at the same time!

sorry to be a pain guys could you put me down for the may challenge, i failed the april one by not going for my WI. and although you have all explained how to copy and paste still haven't a clue. could someone put me down for 8lbs please. thank you
