just thought you might be interested to hear what ive been having since on refeed and hopefully it might be helpful to you too
day 1
breakfast: LT formula
lunch: LT formula
dinner: 4oz herbed tofu with half bowlful of mixed salad (lettuce, red onion, half stick celery, cress, watercress, cucumber and tomato) - its surprising how much this looks after not eating for so long!
day 2
breakfast: LT formula - tried maintenance orange creme drink.. it was awfully sweet and tasted yukky
lunch: 4oz herbed toful - as yesterday - had to use it up and its tasted so scrummy!
dinner: 4oz turkey with no skin, another half bowl salad dressed with lime juice
day 3: breakfast: LT formula (went back to chocolate (hot) cause i missed it)
lunch: 2 quorn fillets with another half bowl of mixed salad - ive got a taste for it
dinner: 4oz marinated tofu with half bowl salad and 6 small tinned potatoes topped with fromage frais and herbs
day 4: breakfast LT formula - hot chocolate
lunch: went out so took half bowl of mixed salad (again), 4oz marinated tofu in a bagel with grainy mustard and a WW fromage frais zero fat dessert - i put this in the freezer and then ate it half defrosted and it was absolutely gorgeous
dinner: salmon fillet, bowl of mixed salad, lime dressing, 4oz cooked wholemeal pasta and then small amount of low fat fromage frais with 3 sliced strawberries and few grapes
