It didn't seem right to just go and delete all this detail from my signature without keeping it elsewhere so I'm copying it here. I think I may like to look at it in the future and other people may be interested in seeing the ups and downs of maintenance too.

I started this (final!) weight loss journey at 15st 9.5lbs ... heaviest ever!

With a combination of Slimming World and Diet Chef I had lost 23.7lbs very slowly and yo-yo-ey up until 16th Feb 2009

I started Lipotrim then at 13st 13.8lbs

Finished 15 wks of TFR and 2 wks of refeed on 15th June 2009 at 10st 7.6lbs. A total loss of 71.9lbs or 5st 1.9lbs

Maintained weight between 10st - 10st 5lbs until Nov 09. I gave up smoking for 4 months, started smoking after 4 months and 1 and a half stone in weight gain! I decided to go back on Lipotrim for a few weeks to lose the excess weight as I felt really terrible getting bigger. My clothes were all getting too tight and there was no way I wanted to ever be fat again.

I've got my week by week on TFR record somewhere ... might add that at some point - it's the kind of thing I would have liked to see when starting - like you've put yours Mary. And we've ALL done brilliantly! xx

3lbs in a whole bloomin year!!!!! I am soooo jealous!!! No mean feat and the result of very careful management, so jolly well done. When are you bringing out your own diet book!

HaHa - Irish ANOTHER diet book??? I think there are more than enough out there already ;). In any case I've spent the last year firefighting most of the time! I by NO means have anything 'sussed'! Still! It's where we want to be so we have to do whatever it takes to keep us here! Hopefully over time it will become easier! :eek: :) xx
