Hi all :) Christmas is a long and distant dot in the future but in reality it will soon be here so let's take advantage of the time that's passing and get some weight gone!

Lets all try our best and reward ourselves with being able to relax over Xmas knowing we did our best all year :)

I will be treating myself to a new Xmas outfit, something slinky so I best get my oversized butt in gear.

Any new comers are welcome and we will support you as best we can, in return for your support too :D

I'm in too, need something to focus on :) I'll also go for a 50lb loss which would bring me to about 14st, that'd be my lowest ever adult weight!

Ok it's 32 weeks from today up until Sunday 22nd December... And for 50 lbs by then we need to lose just over 1.5 a week. I'm very happy with that. That's definitely reachable!

I wonder what size I will be then. At the mo I'm hovering between 28 and 26. If I'm around 22 or 20 I'll be happy. A bit more normal then. I'm just glad to be out of the 30's :) bloody awful it was!!

What diet is everyone doing? I'm just doing plain old cal counting and water drinking and no eating after 7pm.

I'm so excited to have a doable challenge that I really feel like I will achieve. Xx

That's a great challenge, defo achievable & it will show huge results! Perfect :)

It's really exciting! To think of the possibilities!!

Im currently a size 28! I can't wait to be in the teens :)

I'm still cal counting too! And stepping up the exercise xx
 
im calorie counting and doing my 2 mile Leslie everyday im a 24 jeans now was a 30 this time last year hated it and 22/24 top i would love to be a size 20 at the bottom end and 20 on top for xmas all i want for christmas this year is to feel better in my body and fitter than last year that would be the best pressie ever and there is only me who can do it so girls gets those fighting gloves on and hit them chubby sacks into the gone forever bin lol lol we will do it together xx

Hi guys I'm joining in too :) 50lbs sounds achievable. I never do great on these long term challenges so I will need lots of ass kicking probably lol! Can someone add me as I'm on my phone and its a mess about. Xx

You are amazing! I couldn't exercise everyday! I wish I could. Maybe I need to get into the habit of it. I just get bored easily :/ and I hate sweating!

It is gonna be the best pressie ever, being slimmer :) I can't wait! Xx

Hiya lovely ladys, can i join too, ive only just joined here ..... About 10 minutes ago lol, I'm joining a rosemary conley class on tuesday and ive got about 8 stone to loose. But 50 lb for xmas sounds good to me :) .

I am great at kicking people up the bum but unfortunately i cant kick mine and need help :)

Thanks lou, im Colleen and i'm from Grimsby in lincolnshire. Ive had to join a class, i have absolutely no will power to do it on my own, plus it gets me out of the house for a few hours and away from my crazy 2 yr old daughter lol.

Ive done every diet going seem to have been dieting forever, i wanted to be slinky by my 40th... I turned 40 in april and im at my heaviest lol, but its strange, these last few weeks everything has just clicked and i know its the right time to loose it....... Although i may be swearing in a few weeks and wanting to eat lots of cake lol.

Im going to go over to the rc section and start my diary in a minute, seems the RC section needs livening up a bit and i could be the woman to do it ;)

Its it ok with everyone if i join their diarys too.

Hello Colleen :)

I have no willpower either lol, so I know what you mean.

If everything has clicked for you then it's defo the right time to start.

My little diet motto is - the year is going to happen anyway, so you may as well make the most of it.

That way, this time next year you can look back to now and be so glad you started. Rather than not starting and wishing you did.

If you eat lots of cake it's ok! I've had a really bad few weeks but a mark of strength is getting up from a cake induced slob and dusting yourself off and carrying on.

Yeah join in :) I have recently started a diary in here but my main one is in the silver section which you need to have at least 500 posts to see x
