There are so many meets I'm not sure people can afford them all. Shame really as the Bham meet is by far the best.
May be we should scrap the idea for 2009 and aim for 2010.
The Birmingham meet is always well attended (2 per year for the last couple of years) so I don't think it will be a problem for people.
I'm sure whichever month it is there will be loads of people ready to party

Just looked at the Meets So Far Sticky and nothing is booked for April next year - so how about then?
Last year I think we did April and September.
Any thoughts???? Bearing in mind though that Easter is April (10th I think).

I've just read in my local paper that from the middle of December my local train company is changing the timetable to include a 2 hourly direct service from here to Birmingham.
So when's this meet gonna be then???

Someone come up with a date ....... you can never please ALL the people ALL the time .... and some that can't come to other meets will come to this one and vice versa - but we need to start with a date!!
