Jessica, aged 7, weighs 400lbs

That really upset me seeing a child like that. Poor mite.
 
Well that was the weight that i practically am and its so hard for me i just cant begin to imagine what it is like for a little girl of 7 years old.
It so upsetting to see a little girl at this weight how did her parents allow her to gain so much weight, why did they not get help for her b4 she got to the stage of being hospitalised and needing surgeries !!
 
It is criminal that she was allowed to get to that size - does anyone know what happened to her after this video???

So so sad.
 
omg I just could not bring myself to watch it, just seeing the picture has made me emotional......poor, poor child.
 
I'm sorry but I don't get it.
Surely this child has got Prader-Willi syndrome which is a chromosomal abnormality.Apart from failing to put a padlock on the kitchen door the parents should not be blamed for their childs weight.
