Hi,
I am a PCOS Sufferer and have been trying for my second child for 4/5 Years.
Growing up, i have NEVER had a problem with my weight but since having my daughter 6 years ago I have struggled terribly...... I actually lost all of my pregnancy weight within 3-4 weeks. But its how my body changed after pregnancy, i could no longer eat the same and put on a stone almost instantly then over the years i have gradually put on another stone and half despite dieting on and off.
I think the most ive ever lost on a diet is 10 pounds and prob put double back on lol!!!
At 12st 11lb this is the heaviest i have EVER been and i absolutely hate it.... No chocolate, fast food or anything else is worth feeling the way i do right now. which is why i have chose today to change my lifestyle for good and to start feeling better about myself and then who knows i may then be blessed with another baby ....
I am going to start by cutting out carbs completley then ease onto the GI Diet which ive heard is great for PCOS Sufferers.
If anyone has any tips for me then it will be very appreciated.
Thanks for reading and i hope i didnt bore you too much
