So i went ti WI!!!! i have put on 7lb in 3 weeks! not as bad as it could have been. Hopefully this will be off again soon as its not true fat its hopefully a bit a water!

At the half way point of the month we have roxana as our slimmer of the month - keep up the good work.
 
Well done Roxana,well last night was a good night for me. The day time not to bad snacked on pink and whites instead of chocolate going for a good week,got my journal ready gonna try to stay at 1200 but if nottry for under 1400. Wish me luck

and me - seem to be struggling - keeping under my 1200 cals just about but the scales arent moving or if they are wave at 0.1 or 0.2 up or down ??

Had a slight gain of 1.5lbs this morning. I know why though - a combination of dominoes feast sitting in my tum tum from last night and the 10 mile walk I did for charity Saturday night (I hear muscles hold water after exercise!).

I won't beat myself up but hoping for a good loss next week :)

My daughter got engaged last week so I have to stick to the diet now lol. I have until next June I think before the wedding, unless they change their minds (I hope it isn't brought forward)

You are all doing great. 19lb lost in total so far! Only another 9lb before the end of the month and it will be 2stone off.

Hopefully I will start contributing this week, have WI on wednesday night and will update you all then.

Well I am definitely struggling at the mo - any help or advice gratefully received ;)

I stayed the same this week (well I say stayed the same thats what I am going for as the scales were waving 0.5 lb each time I stepped on them so I have nearly lost 0.5 lb but not quite so I am going to go with the staying the same otherwise if I dont lose next week I can see me losing it over the school hols :( :()

i am a bit upset. after i lost 7lb first week. nothing the second one :( i was so disappointed

i am on the 1400 kcal now so tomorrow i am going for WI, i will see how this week went

have a good week with less lb :) xx
 
Will update properly when at the computer. 2lb off this week. Finally a loss and starting to go back in the right direction.

Roxana keep up the good work, hope it comes off this week for you. My 2nd week was a small loss, so we all go through it. Good luck.
