Hiya,

Im Cas and I'm a mummy to 3 beautiful girls and I'm also pregnant with my 4th a little surprise to us! Baby due in October We still in the no one knows stage!

I'm going start eating healthy again and tracking food! My last pregnancy I gained 7lbs by 38 weeks, just by eating healthy most of time and keeping active.

I'm 3st lighter this time and we going on holiday to Spain in 5 weeks so hoping to maintain my weight until then or lose the odd pounds if possible but no pressure though! I know there will be times that my appetite will increase or baby goes through growth spurts that I will gain.

Im going stick with weight watchers for the time being, I start with 29 pps plus weeklies but may do some filling and healthy days too, will increase my points when I need to.

Start weight: 13.5
Target: 11st
Current weight:12.4 -1lb gain at 17 weeks.

Good luck to anyone else who are starting again, I'm going wi every Friday from now xx

Found you Cas and oh, what lovely news! Congratulations hun How have you been feeling so far?

Good luck with ww and maintaining. I'm doing a mixture of ww and sw at the mo.

Not too long until your hols really, that time will fly by. Where in Spain are you going? Exciting times ahead! xx

Thanks Sammy,

I feel good most of the time, I had a couple weeks of nausea in the early weeks- I be 13 wks on Thursday!
If I do feel sick its usually in the evening.

We going to Costa Brava, so need to start doing some holiday shopping soon!

I did start Sw 2 weeks ago and lost 3lbs but think I might struggle staying within syns, maybe I try and do combination of both x

When's your scan?
Good luck with the diet, I'm sure you'll do wonderfully throughout the pregnancy.

Aww thanks Louise,

I had my first scan on Good friday, the sonograph seemed disappointed that there was only one baby there but I wasn't lol!

Baby measured up as 11 weeks, so need to go back for another scan x

Thanks- scan tomorrow- my dates may change again.

So today I've had:
Banana
2 oreos
Ham omelette
Chicken, veg and mash
2 alpen lights and 2 cheese curls

28pps - 1200 cals

Hiya,

Perfect wriggling baby there, baby measured two days later but we sticking with due date from the first scan! Also had my booking in appointment with Midwife today, so just need to discuss my birth options with the consultant now as this will be my 4th C/section- still keeping quiet about the pregnancy for now x

This will definitely be our last, I be 18 weeks when we go on our holiday! so far I'm down 2lbs x

Food today:

B- 2 Alpen lights double choc - 4pps

L- Wm roll and ww sausages -7pps

D- Peppered steak, light coleslaw,jacket potato, little salad-12pps

S- 2 quavers-4pps, banana.

Drinks- well over 2lits of water and diet Pepsi x

I'm getting on good back battling the weight can't seem to keep motivated you are doing brill with your food keep up the good work r u looking 4ward to your holidays does the girls know about baby bro or sis coming in October? X

I'm doing ok but I usually fall of track over the weekends! It's hard isn't it. The girls know about the baby but don't think the younger two really understand at the moment- most likely a new sister for them! X
