Feeling great in 2012!
For people on Slim and Save having 3 packs per day the advice is to have 100g of protein as well. At the moment the official advice is that this should be 100g grilled chicken or white fish but there are lots of threads asking for suitable alternatives so a list seems to be a good idea. Here are the ones that I think have been suggested so far. If you are going to add protein try to ensure that the calories are about the same as one of the packs and check the carbs if it's not pure protein:
100g grilled chicken
100g white fish
100g tuna in spring water
2 medium sized eggs
100g prawns
100g quorn (contains carbs but as there are not too many in 100g this should be ok)
Anymore suggestions?
