Hi Folks,

I started SW last Wednesday and I now have 2 days before weigh in....and I haven't really been doing my homework...just guessing and not eating any sweetie stuff. If I have a SYN it's wine which I did count but only in my head....lol :eek:

So I am starting a food diary today and will just have to own up on Wednesday if there is no weight loss. :rolleyes:

Will update the day as I go...I am also trying to cut down from a dinner plate to a large side plate for my mail meals.

So Monday 31st May:
HEA - 250ml semi skimmed milk to be used throughout the day
HEB - 28g All Bran & 1 Garlic/Rosemary Ryvita

Breakfast:
Tesco Natural Defences Bio Drink Multifruit 3.5 SYNS (oops starting with syns already!!!)
Earl Grey Tea plus milk from allowance.
HEB All bran
Mullerlight Yoghurt - Vanilla/Choc 0 Syns
1 Medium Banana

First Meal after Weigh In

Hiya!
OK so bad week but 1lb off, so no stopping me now.

This evening's meal:
Using Side Plate:
1 Tesco Finest Beefburger with Jalepeno Peppers (4.5 Syns)
1/3 plate of Wholemeal Cous Cous made with chicken stock cube
1/3 fresh salad (herbs, lettuce, tomatoes, scallions)
uh hmm 250ml Weightwatchers fruity wine (8 Syns :eek:)

Total Syns 12.5

Breakfast:
28g All Bran (HexB)
Earl Grey Tea with Milk from HexA allowance
1 Mullerlight Orange with Choccie Bits
1 satsuma

1/2 grapefruit
1 Banana
1 Tesco Natural Defences Multifruit Yoghurt Drink (Syns 3.5)

Lunch:
Cous Cous made with chicken stock cube
Mixed Salad

Dinner:
Tobacco Onions (Syn TBD)
Ribeye Steak
2 Sausages (Syns TBD)
250ml WW Fruity Wine (Syns 8.5)

Total Syns = 12 plus Tobacco Onions and Sausages.
