Hi,
After my 4 week dalliance with WW (which I did enjoy), I have decided to come back over to SW, hope you will take me back??!
I thought I would restart my Diary as the previous one is getting a bit too long!!
I will reintroduce myself, I am Sara, almost 30 :cry:, married with a 22 month old little girl who is the light of my life I would really like to lose another 9lb but am aware that I may have hit my "natural" weight, even so I will try hard to try and shift those last few pounds and get me down to target!
I have now been following SW for a year from home on my own and have lost (and kept off) 16.5lb. I know it's not the biggest amount of weight and to be truthful, I probably could have lost more weight but I am a social butterfly and do like saving up my Syns and using them for alcohol of a weekend!!
So here is the first day of my new Diary, I have put links in at the bottom to link back to my old diaries if anyone would like to have a look.
Ok I WI this morning and was 10st 9.5lb.
Friday 12th November - Red Day
Breakfast: 2 Pieces WW Bread (HEB), with 2 LCL Triangles (HEA) and Vegemite (free)
Lunch: Homemade Butternut Squash Soup (Butternut Squash, Onions, Garlic, Stockpot, 50g Lentils (2 syns) = 2 syns
Tea: Quorn Red Onion Burger (1 syn) with 42g Mozzarella melted on top (HEA) in wholemeal bun (HEB), parsnip chips, King Prawns and 1 tbsp Hot Sweet Chilli Sauce (1.5 syns) = 2.5 syns
Snacks: Satsumas
Drinks: NAS Squash and water, Tea (1/2 HEA for milk), 4 Vodka & Diet Coke (10 syns) = 10 syns
HEA: 2 LCL Triangles/Milk in tea, 42g Mozzarella
HEB: 2 Pieces WW bread, Wholemeal Bun
Superfree Food: Onions, Garlic, BNS, Parsnip, Satsumas
Syns: 50g Lentils (2 syns)

1 tbsp Hot Sweet Chilli Sauce (1.5 syns)
