Likes to eat!
Hey everyone, just wanted to start this thread to get some insight as to whether I'm doing the extra easy plan ok..I've been doing it since Monday so weigh in day is only a few days away
Here's what I had today - 5/2
Breakfast
1 vegetarian sausage (Linda mcartney) - 2 syns
Half a tomato- superfree
Mushrooms - superfree
1 rashes of bacon fat removed
57g wholemeal bread - HeB
Beans
Lunch
Slimming eats roasted red pepper quiche-HeA and salad
Dinner
Slimming world spaghetti bolognese
Snacks
Orange
Apple
Banana
Might have a bag of cheese and onion crisps soon for 9 syns
I think I'm getting it now...it's the superfree food I'm not sure about. I am just trying to get 1/3 superfree food in each meal. I suppose it's better to be filled up with superfree then other free food.
Any suggestions would be great
Fingers crossed for the Monday weigh in! I'm worried that because I'm not starving like I have been on other diets this means I won't have lost anything....if I have then this is the best diet ever!!!!!!!!!
