Well, 3 weeks in to my first (and hopefully last) time at Slimming World and so far I am loving it - HOWEVER, this week I have got a bit complacent, and have decided to record my scoffage in a food diary!!

Tonights tea is just cooking, so will report back later xx
 
:booboo:Right - today has been a bit of a mix up - I had my HexB for brekkie - then realised that I was supposed to be saving it for tea!!!! But only actually realised after tea!!

Brekkie - Bacon medalions, lots of garlic mushrooms both done on the "george" on wm rolls (HexB and 3.5 syns) with one tbsp tommy K (1 syn)

Lunch - Leftover Aubergine and Pork Macaroni Pie

Snack - 1 Alpen Choc Fudge (3 Syns)

Tea - SW KFC (OMG delish!!) with beans, sw chips and hm coleslaw with mayo (1 syn) and fromage frais - Grapes for pudding!!

Drinks - BAaaaaad Drink day! Diet pepsi only!!!

Lesson for tomorrow - Pay attention to food plan!!!! Not so much bread and stodge!! Actually missed my fruit and veg today!! :greenapple:

It was gorge it really was, hubby and the kids ate it with me and it was a real hit! Felt naughty but was so nice iykwim!!

I am so bad at drinking when I am not in work, I sit right by the water cooler and its so easy, i get through bucket loads! But when I am home with the kids, i jsut forget!!! :doh:
 
Saturday!

Brekkie - Slice of brown bread with smear of nutella (4 syns) and a lovely big banana sliced on top!!

Dinner - bowl of super free soup (still undecided about if i like it!!) then I had scrambled egg, beans and griled tomato! - Was proper naughty though and had a small slice of tiger loaf toast! Didnt enjoy it as much as I thought, so wasnt worth the syns at all!! (putting it down as 6 syns to be on safe side!)

Tea - HM KFC Chicken (again) was at mils for a party tea, and she said she had got loads of southern fried chicken - now there was no way I had the willpower this week to take the skin off and just eat the chicken, so I made my own! Had 2 thighs, hm coleslaw again as Friday, and boiled potatoes, and a separate bowl of salad with some salad cream light 1.5 syns!

Good exercise day yesterday - swimming in the morning, and a good old sesh on the wii last night thrashing hubby at Dance on Broadway!!
 
Sunday -

Brekkie - 2 weetabix and milk as Hex's and a narna

Lunch - SS soup (again!) and a smorgasbord style dinner which the kids love - just did cut up cucumber, tomato, pickled onions, ham, crab stick, left over KFC chicken - 3 pieces between 4 of us = FIGHT!!! lol - kids and hubby also had cut up sausage roll and dairylea cheese string things!

Tea - Roastie Chicken at my mums! She was dead good and did frylight roasties for me and roasted carrots too - whilst everyone else had roasties and snips in goose fat!!!:cry:Anyways I did have a plate full with half superfree let alone a third!! She then proceeds to tell me that she had made chocolate cakes for pudding with custard - but not to worry I had taken my trusty melon with me :innocent0002:

Just having an bit of supper now, a melted alpen light choc fudge, sliced narna and a vanilla choc mullerlight! mmm my fave pud!!!

Not sure if anyone is reading but advice and guidance welcome xx

What's the speed soup like? Have been meaning to make it..but currently trying to stick to red and EE days (failing on the EE's! I alwways seem to slip up)

It's great that you've lost half a stone in feb alone - well done! I've only lost a little bit more than that since before Christmas. Woe!

I've been off track for a while and had a four pound gain, now desperatly trying to pull it back around (link to diary is in my sig)

What dance wii game do you have? I'm currently doing wii fit plus and biggest loser (what a killer!)

Thanks hun, had wi last night and had a 3lb loss so I was really pleased 11lb in total in 3 weeks!

There is nothing wrong with falling off the wagon hun, as long as you dust yourself off and try again - sending you lots of luck - will have a looksee at your diary tonight when I have a bit longer too concentrate (i.e when the kids are asleep ;))

I have Just Dance and Dance on Broadway and both are great fun - also have wii fit plus and wii sports resort too I think - the fit plus has a great thing where you can do stepping to your normal telly, you just listen to the remote - its fab!

After a week of feeling a bit wobbly and not concentrating as much as I should have been I actually had a good loss at wi last night! 3lb loss taking me to 11lb since 1st Feb, and I am so pleased! Can really feel a difference and I am going to try to concentrate really hard and try and get another 3lb loss again and get that stone!! Going to pay more attn to syns this week!

Well Monday was actually a mad old day again!!

Brekkie - Yog (3syns), banana and 2 x Aldi bars (the pink one, cant remember the flavour but it tasted pink :D)

Lunch - SS soup and 2 plums!

Tea - As I only had 3 syns for today, and I didnt get in from class until 8.45, I had a small chicken chowmein from the chupshop! It was yummy, and such a treat for 7 syns, and then I finished off the 2 snack shortcake biccies that the kids left - naughty mummy, but they are only 2 syns each so still within my 15 syns for today!!

Must do better tomorrow ;)

Snack - 1 segment terrys choc orange 2.5 syns

Lunch - Baked beans, 2x dry brown toast HexB - pleased with this as was in cafe with kids :D

Snack - small portion of beef and nuttybuttsquash chilli - all free (late tea tonight)

Tea - sw wedges, rump steak, loads (and i mean loads) of mushrooms and onions cooked on the george (mmmmmm) and schwartz creamy pepper sauce 2.5 syns

Drinks - Diet coke & NAS Squash

Syns - 12.5 (this may change - terry is still in my fridge ;)) - it did change! Couldnt resist! I am naughty!!

These children of mine are obsessed with my food! They are constantly picking bits of my plate or out of my bowl!! Monsters!

Well today went like this......

Brekkie - 2 "fried" eggs, ham & spagetti (was supposed to be beans but I ran out!)

Snack - Bowl of beans in weatherspoons when I met my friend for a cuppa/brekkie date

Lunch - Small portion Chicken & Sweetcorn Soup with soy sauce - 3.5 syns - 1 round wholemeal bread as chicken sandwich, side salad and homemade coleslaw 3 syns estimated

Tea - Well this was a nightmare! I made a Chicken In Red Wine in the slow cooker this morning, with 4 huge chicken breasts and tons of veg, thinking it would do for leftovers tomorrow - served it up with boiled rice - kids and hubby loved it - I HATED it! It was rank!! I ate abotu 2 pieces of chicken that was it!

Supper - Was naturally starving, so made mushy pea curry, with lots of mushrooms, 3 syn free sausages and boiled rice and box microchips (3.5 syns) - its like a chippy tea, I am in my element and its lovely!:D

Drinks - Diet coke and NAS squash with water

Syns today - 10 Syns
Syns this week - 22.5/105
 
Oh today was a crazy old day and I really thought I held it together good, was looking after my friends son, and decided to take the kids out, so I prepared a packed lunch in advance for me as I didnt know what we would end up doing and I wanted to be in control! which i did until later :cry:

Brekkie - Scrambled Eggs

Lunch - Ham sandwich with 3x WW danish as HexB, banana, plum, grapes & quavers 5.5 syns

Snack - grapes

Tea - we were out later than planned, so took kids to McDonalds and I just didnt have as much willpower as I thought - Had a chicken nugget happymeal - 14.5 syns - forgot I had had the quavers, so thought i was ok :cry:

As we hadnt actually eaten much, and it was 4.30 when we did, hubby and I cooked syn free cumberland sausage, sw chips and mushy pea curry which thankfully is all free but I am so annoyed - I did enjoy it, and it would have been easy enough to have got a big mac and large fries for 41 syns, so I wasnt that bad, just annoyed with myself!!!!!!!

I have Friday, Saturday and Sunday to rectify the damage - SS soup here I come

Wedges and steak sauce sound awesome! I had a green day today as have been missing them (mmm carbs :eek:) but have resisted any form of chocolate for a whole 48 hours. Saying that, have been uber busy and don't have any in the house.. but still... it's will power I'm sure :D!

Really admire you ordering beans in weatherspoons, wish I could do stuff like that!

Also - the chicken and sweetcorn soup? Did you make it yourself? If so WOW (and can I have the recipe :p)

Need to try the mushy pea curry (STILL!) really surprised I haven't as I love mushy peas, I would have them with everything if I could (damn red days :rolleyes:) so will make that soon!

Hi hun, dont know how to get more than one quote on a reply........

Chicken and Sweetcorn soup was an asdas fresh one, the kids had it for lunch at mums, and there was a bit left over so worked out the syns and it was yummy! Resisted the prawn crackers though!

I weigh in on a monday which works well for me, as I work on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, so can have conveniencey stuff then if needs be, and cook properly Thursday onwards!

Starting my 30 day shred tomorrow!! eeek!:eek:

Thanks hun, I have an awful lot to lose but I am enjoying it so far! Isnt it strange to say you are enjoying a diet?? Its fab! I havent done SW before, only *whispers* WW, but even 4 weeks in, I know that this is the diet for me!

My hubby sounds the same as yours, he cant believe that we are eating what we are eating - he has lost 6lb too!! Not that he needs to!
