Well, I went to Meadowhall today to go shopping (bought a headband
) so had lunch out for the first time in ages!
Went to Nosh, and I had a jacket potato with cheese. I did leave a bit of cheese on the side as I really don't like chedder cheese, i'm a red lecister or nothing kinda gal. But i'm going to count it as 2xHEA just to make sure.
I'm going out tonight so saving all my syns for vodka and diet coke, and i've tried to cut back slightly during the week to compensate also.

The bar I went to ran out of diet coke! So I settled on lemonade which I looked up as 284ml as 3 syns. I have these little cans of coke that are 150ml, which fill up a tall tumbler glass, so took that as the amount put in as mixer, so around two drinks had 3 syns. I think this works out right, as I thought all non diet drinks had a ridiculously high syn count, and assumed lemonade would too? but hey ho!
After the night I shared a chicken kebab, with a friend. Had salad on it, and left my friend the pitta so not too bad. Worked this as; Large chicken kebab (meat only) on Green = (15.5) had half = Roughly 8 syns.
Then I went home and had.... a fruit salad!
*pat on back* nearly ate my b.f's chocolate buttons but resisted
