Started SW last week but didn't keep a food diary ( LOST 3LBS ) this is the start of week 2 for me so thought it would be beneficial to keep a record of what I'm eating. If anyone has any tips or advice to give please feel free

scrambled eggs
1/3 SF - loads of lightly fried mushrooms and cherry tomatoes
Lunch
mushy pea curry
new potatoes ( homegrown by my wee dad )
1/3 SF - Mixed fruit salad (strawbs, bluberries, Satsumas)
Fat free natural yogurt
Dinner
Roast chicken
Potatoes
1/3 sf- mushrooms
HEXS
A- 42g reduced fat cheddar
B- wholegrain crackerbread(4)
Syns- none today(saving for wedding tomorrow)
