Firsty diary of my first day :D

Breakfast - 3 eggs scrambled & 1/2 tin Branston beans ( used Milk for HEA)
Lunch - Pasta n sauce
Snack - Mullerlight, 2 oranges
Dinner - Pork chop cooked with Passatta, garlic and smoked Paprika, cous cous cooked with chicken stock
Snack - 2 bananas

B - Scrambled egg & beans. Fresh Pineapple chunks
S - 2 clementines & 2 pears
L - Pasta, tomatoes, basil, broccolli
S - 4 slices cold ham
D - scrambled egg, 2 bacon medallions, beans, home-made veg soup
S - 2 Aldi less 70cal bar (HEXB)

No HEXA today so will try harder tomorrow to build this in .......

5th April 2012 ( This is my plan for today !!)
S - Grapes
B - 2 weetabix (HEXB) , fat free yoghurt, frozen raspberries
S - Banana, Pear
L - Bolied potatoes, 2 bacon medallions, 1 egg, rocket, balsamic vinegar
S -Cup Home made veg soup ( carrots, parnsip, leeks, onions, veg stock)
D - SW bolognaise ( Minced beef, tinned tomatoes, garlic, chicken stock, passatta, few fresh tomatoes), rice, Rocket, 45k mozzarella (HEXA)

6th April - Here are my plans for today ......

B - pineapple, grapes, frozen rasperries, FF yoghurt, bluberries
S - Banana, Aldi 70 cal cereal bar
L - rice, cold ham, tomatoes, rocket, balsamic
S - Banana, Aldi 70cal cereal bar (HEXB), mugshot, slice of cold ham
D - SW bolognaise ( Minced beef, tinned tomatoes, garlic, chicken stock, passatta, few fresh tomatoes), rice, Rocket, 45k mozzarella (HEXA)

OMG what a hungry day today ..... must drink more water tho !!!

S - Pear, Banana, Monster much ( 5 syns), 300ml skimmmed milk (HEXA)

Sunday 8th April

Just been for my shopping for next week and did both Alidi's and Tesco. Aldi veg and fruit is def cheaper and TBH I think better quality ... Spent £11 there and then picked up my other stuff in Tesco :) Got some receipes I want to make today thank to the minimins forum :)

Well weigh in for me tonight at 730 ! ... Plans for today ....

B 2 eggs, 2 bacon medallions, half tin beans, baby tomatoes
L - Spice cous cous wit grilled chicken ( SW Mag April 11)
D - Balsamic Chicken, rice, brocolli

Tuesday 10th April

Well after my 6lbs loss yesterday I am more inspired to keep going and get back into a good life style pattern. Off work this week so will allow me to really get stuck into exercise this week too :)

plans for today are: -

B - Banana, 1/2 tin beans, 2 eggs
S - Mullerlights, handful grapes, monstermuch (5.5 syn)
L - Cold ham, left over cous cous from last nightm rocket salad, balsamic vinegar
D - Garlic and lemon chicken thighs & veg

HEXA = 3 babybell
HEXB - 2 Aldi 70 cal cereal bars


Ill figure out HEA/B as I go today

So had a day with my niece and nephew and very proud that I didn't munch on anything naughty at all :)

B omelette made from 2 eggs, tomatoes, and 2 sliced up babybell light, small tin ww spaghetti in tomato sauce
S banana, fresh pineapple , strawberries, baby bell light
L leftovers from yesterday ... Chicken thigh roasted with garlic, parsley and lemon, roasted veg, rocket and balsamic
D smoked haddock, potatoes , carrots, broccoli

HEXA - 3 babybell light
HEXB - 2 Aldi 70 cal cereal bars

Got nieces and nephew today again so positive that I will be good :) They want to bake this afternoon ... aarrgghhh !! :) So looking for some nice low syn cake receipes for my and my sister

B - 2 egg scrambled, 2 bacon medallions, cherry tomatoes roasted, 1/2 tin baked beans, banana
S - Pineapple, grapes, banana, 40cal chocolate (2 syn)
L - Savoury rice, sliced chicken, roasted butternut squash, onion and courgette
D - Home made veg soup & 2 slices bread ( HEXA)
Pasta n sauce - Tomato, roasted veg ( made extra portion this morning), slice up 3 babybel lights (HEXB), Rocket & balsamic
( In know it doesnt look 1/3 superfree but there is a lot fo veg in the pasta and some of the rocket is hidden :) )

I am slo very proud today that we made rice cripy cakes and double chocolate cookies and I didnt struggle not to eat them ! I allowed myself a square of chocolate which I have sinned .

Hiya! Just found your diary, your meals are looking good, must try that balsamic chicken! Only thing is I might say they are a bit repetitive (I have this problem too) so my consultant said most important in this plan is variation and moderation, so now I am freezing my leftovers to use later that week/next week and cook something different the next day, so I vary between rice/potatoes/noodles/pasta. I thought it was good advice, hope it helps you too.

Thanks for looking and your feedback ! I don't disagree but with working full time I tend to find I batch cook and either have for dinner or lunch the next day ( or a few days ;) ) I think once i get more confident I will start changing or maybe batch cooking a few different things :)

Friday 13th !

I had a day planned to the safari park so decided to make a picnic to avoid my own temptation :)
B - 2 eggs, 2 bacon medallions
Tomatoes
L - Chicken Tikka
Butternut squash, courgette, onion, rocket
S
Pineapple, grapes, Banana
D - Salt & Pepper chicken
Spring onions, peppers, onions

HEXA - 2 slice bread from 400g loaf
HEXB - Laughing cow light triangles x 2
Syns - I did have a 10p packet of haribo (6), 2 marshmallows (6) & 1/2 pckt monstermunch (3) ( 15 syns)
 
Saturdday 14th

So today is temptation day No 2 with my god daughters first birthday party and if there is one thing I love its Haribo, patry rings and cake :) I decided to offer to make some food instead ( really for me :p) but downside is my superfree has been pretty non existant so need to try and push as much SS and Superfree tomorrow.

B - Grapes
L - Mini potatoes baked in the oven, HEXB - cheddar cheese ( Measured and bagged before I went ), cous cous packed with BNS, Onions and carrots, syn free falafels with home made free yogurt dip
D - Rest of salt & pepper chicken ( onions, peppers and spring onions) with the leftover cous cous ( BNS, onions and carrots)

So decideded to use up HEXA with 2 weetabix and a toffee mullerligt - lovely xx

I am very proud of myself TBH to be able to have got through the last 2/3 days still on plan .... big achievement for me !

L - Tin spahgetti in tom sauce. melon
D - Stuffed pork with carrots, potatoes and brocolli with a little chicken stock from bovril

S - Banana, Aldi hot chocolate options ( 3 syns), aldi crispy fries (3.5 syn) and smarties (4.5)
HEXA - Slice bread & Aldi 70 cal bar

Made some syn free ice lollies with water and squash so will probably one them later :)

Well done - I have a terrible time at the weekends and go off plan spectacularly. Useless really. I decided today I really need to get a handle on it or else I shall carry on losing and gaining the same 2lbs!!! And never get anywhere. So well done to you for resisting all the temptations. I reckon you'll have another good week this week :)
