Decided to start my diary again now I've worked out how to put photos in it.
Right, so yesterday all in all I had:
Breakfast:
Muller light
Fresh fruit - strawberries, mango and pineapple.
Lunch:
Tuna salad sandwich using bread from HEB
Extra light mayo - 1/2 syn
1tsp light spread - 1 syn
Handful of grapes
1 17g bag of quavers - 4 1/2 syns
Sugarfree jelly
Dinner:
Birds eye bake to perfection salmon
New potatoes
Lots of salad
Balsamic dressing - 1 syn
Tiny bit of light spread - 1/2 syn
Boursin light – HEA
Snack:
Mugshot
Fudge bar – 5 ½ syns
Total syns: 13/15
Syns left for the week: 92/105
I noticed that the breakfast wasn't enough for me so will defo be having more from now on or something more substantial.
Today - Day 2
I feel thinner already lol!
Breakfast:
2 fried eggs (in fry light)
2 slices wholemeal bread - HEB
1 tbsp tomato ketchup - 1 syn
Some fruit
Lunch:
Tuna pasta salad with lots of salad veg - lettuce, cucumber, peppers, spring onions, carrot and grapes
1 tbsp extra light mayo - 1/2 syn
FF fromage frais
Less than a tbsp of sweet chilli sauce - I'm going to guess at 1 syn
Sugar free jelly
Total syns: 1 1/2 syns
This was YUM so will defo have it again.
