Hi all!
So My name is Dagmar and I joined slimming world five weeks ago, first at a pop in group, then moved to an evening group that same day as thought I would benefit from image therapy. It took me about a week to get my head around the plan, but think I am doing well, although the scales are not showing it (to be fair easter weekend was a big blowout with three nights out, so the last gain is well deserved). I thought I'd start a food diary, with pictures, so I can hopefully get some tips and ideas as to if I am doing anything wrong. Edit: I thought I'd better add I am doing extra easy!
I am also exercising quite a bit (got my bronze award last night) so my consultant has said it could be a case of water retention, but it sounds like an excuse as have been at it for 4 weeks now.
Anyhow, after a 2lb gain in the first week (I have a theory this might be due to the different scales, so have used this as my start weight) and my 2lb gain last night I want to get back on it for good now, I'm going to be a social recluse until my mini break end of the month and then holiday in June, I ideally want to have lost that stone (and pound and a half now )!
