So I started Slimming World again last week (Tues 25th) for the second time this year and I keep having days where I am struggling so I thought if I do a food diary, my wrongs and rights are pointed out and I will have some motivation from my fellow dieters so here goes!
Yesterday 30th September 2012
Extra Easy
HEa - 250ml semi-skimmed milk
HEb - nothing!
Breakfast -
Woke up late and went without breakfast, oops!
Lunch -
Tomato Mugshot
Dinner -
Chicken chunks marinaded with tikka seasoning, with 2 tbsp of masala sauce (5-6syns)
Served with boiled rice and a huge side salad.
Snacks -
Chopped strawberries, kiwi and grapes with vanilla Mullerlight poured over.
Kit-Kat (5.5 syns)
Exercise -
10 mins fast paced on the bike, 5 mins of light weights, and 10 mins rolling hills fast paced on the treadmill
Syns -
10.5 syns
Not the best day, but back on track for today (1st October) - will post entry later this evening!
