I decided to start back on SW on the way to work yesterday, so i popped into tesco and bought some things. This is my food for day one

375ml skimmed milk Hex a

B porridge Hexb banana and an orange
L mugshot, banana and an orange
D pasta and sauce with bacon mushrooms and onions mixed through and mixed veg

shape yogurt
choc options 2syns
3tsp sugar 6syns?
Syn total 9

I hope I've done this right lol
 
Day 2

B Magic porridge Hex b
L Frittata tomato sauce 1.5 syns salad cream 1.5 syns banana and an orange
D Fajita chicken, savoury rice, mixed veg 1 sml wrap (using my Hex a for the wrap) 1tbsp hf creme fraiche 1.5 syns

Choc options 2syns
2tsp sugar 4syns

Syns total 10.5
 
Day three on plan so far so good :)

Hex a 175ml skimmed milk and 1 dairylea slice
Hex b 2 sml slices wholemeal

B Magic porridge
L Beans on toast with dairylea slice
D Chicken and LF super noodles

velvet crunch 4 syns
muller light
asda fruit platter
gherkins and pastrami
salad cream 1.5 syns
choc options 2 syns

syns total 7.5 syns
 
No probs - ive never tried those ones, are they really nommy? Really want to try the banana custard ones but hate artificial banana flavour - love custard though lol ;)

My main advice to you so far is to try to make sure you're getting a third superfree into every meal if you can x

thanks :) i know thats the way to go, it's difficult to keep it up but i'm eating plenty of fruit and last night was the first i've not had veg with my dinner. i need to get some steam fresh bags from the freezer shop later as they are so easy and convenient.

i had some galaxy counters about 15 not sure on syns but over my 15 for today i would guesstimate but i'm still under for the week so not too worried
 
my first WI tomoz, i'm quite looking forward to it..........coz i've been a good girl:) lol

todays food so far has been

B muller light, strawberries, blueberries and grapes
L chicken mugshot (life saver when nothing organised) banana and an orange
D i'd like to have fanta chicken but couldn't find fanta zero in the 4 shops i tried on walk home from work :cry:think i'll need to go to sainsbury's so i'll update with this later

bowl of lentil soup and 2 slice of 400g wholemeal bread (Hex b)
1 baby bell (1/2 Hex a)
 
Well had a crap dinner of lf super noodles and steam fresh veg filling enough but i don't feel satisfied :-( but im still being good. Just going to have options hot chocolate then bed hopefully for a wee bit of exercise ;-) before WI tomoz lol x
 
Had a long lie today well it is my day off :) so had brunch

B wrap (hex b) with piri piri chicken and salad and a bowl of lentil soup

D fanta chicken (chicken,peppers,onion and pineapple) with rice and noodles

Was nice but won't be jumping through hoops to make it again

Not had my hex a yet so think have a milky coffee

just got the munchies so i had a cheese (hex a) salad sandwich don't have a clue what syns are in 2 slices of 400g wholemeal bread dry then a ML choc and cherry yogurt 1.5syns and earlier i had a options hot chocolate 2syns. i doubt i've went over my syns with the bread and the piri piri sauce i had earlier x
